The Indian women’s ice hockey team record on 15th March 2017  as they won second international victory in Thailand, Defeated Malaysia by 5-4.


GAME SUMMARY

India took the lead in two minutes of  first period by Padma Chorol (94), After couple of minute Dechen Dolma (5) her goal double the Lead. Within a minute Malaysia first goal by Wan (8), But immediately after that, Malaysia equalized through Hanif (4) in 6th minute of first period.  Tashi Dolkar (8) in 17th minute of first period  scored her goal to make it 3-2 Lead.

2nd Period
In 8th minute of second period, Malaysia equalized through Hanif (4) scored her second goal to make it 3-3. The women kept on making repeated inroads through a porous Malaysia defence during the first 15 minutes. They had several chances but could not find the back of the net. Finally India broke the ice when Tashi Dolkar (8) slotted India’s fourth goal and her second goal in 17th minute, seems 17th minute is lucky for Tashi Dolker and for india, she scored both goal in 17th minute. India continue lead in second period.
3rd and final period
In 11th minute of India lead by 5-3 through Tsewang Chuskit (4) scored her first goal, at the end Malaysia score one more goal by  WOON (10).
Passion overcame the obstacles for the girls as soon as the hooter was blown. INDIA WON 2nd International after beating Malaysia 5-4
